Is it legal to buy and sell social media accounts?
The legality varies by platform and jurisdiction. Most social media platforms have terms of service regarding account transfers. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of service of the platforms whose accounts they buy or sell.
What platforms are supported?
JaraGram supports Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, gaming accounts (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic Games), streaming accounts (Netflix, Spotify), VPN subscriptions, and more.
How does JaraGram make money?
We operate transparently. We do not charge any transaction fees or commissions. Sellers keep 100% of their sale price. We may generate revenue through advertising and premium features.
Buying Accounts
How does escrow protection work?
When you buy an account, your payment is held by JaraGram — not sent to the seller. The seller shares encrypted credentials. You verify the account, then approve the transaction. Only then does the seller receive payment. If something is wrong, open a dispute for a full refund.
How do I fund my wallet?
Navigate to Wallet, click Add Funds, get our bank account details, transfer from any Nigerian bank, upload proof of payment, and submit. Funds are credited within 1-6 hours during business hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If an account doesn't match its description, open a dispute with screenshots as evidence. The seller has 48 hours to resolve it. If unresolved, you receive a full automatic refund to your wallet.
Selling Accounts
How much does it cost to list?
Listing on JaraGram is completely free. No listing fees, monthly fees, or commissions. You keep 100% of your sale price, whether you're selling a ₦5,000 Instagram page or a ₦500,000 YouTube channel.
When do I receive payment?
Payment is released to your wallet after the buyer approves the transaction. The entire process typically takes 1-3 days depending on how quickly the buyer verifies.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to Wallet, click Withdraw, enter the amount (minimum ₦10,000), provide your Nigerian bank details, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours during business hours.
Payments & Security
What payment methods are accepted?
JaraGram accepts Nigerian bank transfers for wallet funding. All marketplace transactions use your wallet balance, providing an extra layer of security.
How are account credentials protected?
Credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. They are only decrypted and shown to buyers after payment confirmation. Even our team cannot view plain-text credentials.
