Escrow Protection
All payments are held in escrow. Your money never goes directly to the seller until you confirm the account is exactly as described. This is the single most powerful protection we offer.
Encrypted Credentials
Account login details are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. They are never visible in listing previews or search results — only decrypted and shared with the buyer after payment confirmation. Even JaraGram staff cannot read plain-text credentials.
48-Hour Auto-Refund
If a dispute is unresolved after 48 hours, our system automatically refunds the buyer in full. No manual intervention required. Sellers are incentivized to resolve issues quickly.

- Always complete transactions through JaraGram — never send money directly to sellers
- Verify accounts thoroughly before approving transactions
- Screenshot everything: follower counts, account settings, content
- Report suspicious listings immediately through our Contact page
- Never share your JaraGram password with anyone
- Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true
