Marketplace Rules

• All account transfers must be completed through JaraGram's escrow system
• Sellers must provide accurate account information in listings
• Buyers must verify accounts before approving transactions
• Fraudulent listings or transactions result in permanent account suspension

Escrow & Payments

Payments are held in escrow until the buyer approves the transaction. JaraGram is not liable for transactions conducted outside the platform. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦10,000.

Disputes

Disputes must be opened through the order page within the transaction period. Unresolved disputes are automatically refunded to the buyer after 48 hours. JaraGram's decision on disputes is final.
